Eight teams hit the links at Granite Ridge Golf Club located in the foothills of the beautiful Niagara Escarpment. And what a day it was!

Thank you to Paul for all setting up the tournament and organizing the events on the course. And thank you for bringing on the good weather… It could have been a wet one!

Thank you to Bob and Taryn for hosting all the great prizes! Including hats, golf shirts and rounds of golf!

Thank you to all the girls who provided such great service throughout the dinner and award ceremonies.

Thank you to Jim for the amazing dinner hosted at the pub after the tournament! The caesar salad was a hit, as were the indulgent sweet crab salad and bacon-wrapped scallop starters. The steaks were grilled to absolute perfection as per each person’s tastes, the corn on the cob was as sweet as it was aromatic and theses were paired with perfectly seasoned roasted mini potatoes.

It’s only 2:30 in the afternoon and already we’ve got Evelyn twerking in the corner. Er, I mean tweaking… that’s not any better. Sigh. She’s working on our website. And Dirty Boys pants have caught fire. He brought it on himself. Note: those long fuzzy white strings that hang down from denim rips are best cut off – not burnt off. We’ve had a few ruckus conversations over the quality of produce at the corner store, some basic spelling and whatever happens to be airing on the News Channel. Good times, good times.

Evil plot brewing to send a couple of our regulars over to the beauty salon for some “surprise pedicures”.
